Orders & Shipping

We currently ship within the United Kingdom only.
How much does shipping cost? +
Free standard shipping is available on all orders over £50. For orders under £50, a standard shipping fee of £4.99 applies.
How long does delivery take? +
Orders are processed and dispatched within 1–2 business days. Once shipped, standard transit delivery takes 2–3 business days.
Will I receive tracking information? +
Yes, tracking details will be automatically sent to your registered email address as soon as your order is dispatched.
What should I do if my order is delayed? +
If your delivery falls outside our estimated window, please contact us immediately at support@crochetknits.com with your order number, and our team will resolve it swiftly.
What happens if I enter the wrong delivery address? +
Please check your details carefully. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer, re-delivery charges may apply.
Returns & Refunds
What is your return policy? +
We offer a 30-day return policy, meaning you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
What conditions must be met for a return? +
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.
How do I start a return? +
To start a return, you can contact us at support@crochetknits.com. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Who pays for return shipping? +
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, except in cases where the item received was faulty, damaged, or incorrect.
When will I receive my refund? +
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
What if I receive a faulty or damaged item? +
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective or damaged. Email support@crochetknits.com with photos, and we will make it right.
