1. Return Window
We accept returns within 30 days of the date you received your order. Transit times are not included in this window.

2. Return Conditions
To be eligible for a return, items must be:
* Unused, unwashed, and in its original condition
* In the original packaging
* Accompanied by your order details, order number, or invoice

All items are inspected upon receipt. Some items may not be eligible for return due to hygiene or safety reasons. Where applicable, this will be clearly stated on the product page.

3. Return Fees and Shipping Costs
* Restocking Fee: We do not charge any restocking fees ($0.00 / £0.00) for returned items.
* Faulty or Incorrect Items: We cover 100% of the return shipping costs if the item is faulty, damaged, or incorrect.
* Customer Remorse (Change of Mind): For elective returns where the item is not faulty, the customer is responsible for covering the actual cost of return shipping. We highly recommend using a tracked postal service and keeping your proof of postage receipt, as items remain your responsibility until we confirm receipt.

4. How to Initiate a Return
* Step 1: Email us at support@crochetknits.com before returning your item. Please include your order number and the reason for the return.
* Step 2: Pack the item securely with your order details inside.
* Step 3: Send the package to our official returns address listed below.
* Step 4: Keep your proof of postage receipt.

5. Refund Processing Time
* Once your return is received, it will be inspected within 1 working day.
* Upon approval, your refund will be processed and issued within 2 working days.
* Refunds will be automatically credited back to your original payment method. Please note that original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item received was faulty or incorrect.

6. Faulty, Damaged, or Incorrect Items
If you receive a faulty or damaged item, please contact us immediately at support@crochetknits.com with clear photos and your order number. We will arrange a replacement or a full refund at no extra cost to you.

7. Legal Compliance
This policy does not affect your statutory rights under UK consumer law. We reserve the right to refuse refunds if the returned items do not meet the conditions stated above.
