Shipping policy
At Crochetknits, we take great care in preparing and delivering your handcrafted items. This policy outlines our shipping procedures to ensure you receive your order efficiently.
1. Shipping Coverage
We ship exclusively to addresses within the United Kingdom. Currently, we do not offer international shipping outside of the UK.
2. Shipping Costs
* Orders over £50.00: Free Standard Shipping.
* Orders under £50.00: £4.99 Flat Rate Shipping.
3. Order Handling & Delivery Times
To give you a clear expectation of when your order will arrive, please note the following:
* Order Cut-off Time: 5:00 PM (GMT) Greenwich Mean Time (London).
* Order Handling Time: 1–3 business days (Monday to Friday). This is the time we need to process, pack, and dispatch your order.
* Transit Time: 2–4 business days (Monday to Friday). This is the time the carrier takes to deliver the package to your door.
Total Estimated Delivery Time: Usually 3–7 business days from the moment of purchase.
4. Dispatch Schedule
Orders placed on weekends or UK public holidays will be processed on the next available business day. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information (if applicable) once your order has been dispatched.
5. Order Tracking
If a tracked shipping option is selected at checkout, tracking details will be sent to your email as soon as the order leaves our facility.
6. Delivery Address
Please ensure your delivery address is complete and accurate. We deliver to residential and business addresses. Crochetknits is not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer. Orders returned due to incomplete addresses may incur a re-delivery fee.
7. Lost or Delayed Packages
UK orders are considered lost after 12 business days from dispatch. If your order is significantly delayed, please contact us at support@crochetknits.com with your order number. We will investigate with the carrier and arrange a replacement or refund as appropriate.
8. Damaged Items
Please inspect your order upon delivery. If your item arrives damaged, please report it to us within 48 hours by emailing support@crochetknits.com with photos of the damage and your order number.
9. Wholesale and Bulk Orders
For large or bulk orders, please contact us directly to arrange specialized shipping terms.
